Would you like to develop greater elite competence for success in your sport?
We offer…
…elite therapeutic training for managing physical and mental issues and developing greater human competence.
What is elite?
When it comes to developing in an elite manner, it’s fundamentally not about being ‘the best at something.’ And yet, it is. It’s not particularly important that you try to be better than others; it’s about developing yourself as best as possible, into the best version of you.
Elite isn’t just about winning gold if your path to it has involved running yourself over along the way. We see many elite individuals today breaking down because parts of their training have been based on abuse, training addiction, chasing a hormonal boost in the brain so one can better endure existence. It’s important to address the underlying stress so one can develop in accordance with one’s own body.

The elite work
The therapeutic training in its approach is focused exclusively on perception, what you sense, our most direct contact with the present moment and being fully present with what is. Only then are emotional reactions to a given context accessed and managed, so that stress can be filtered out and rationality can be accessed for meaningful crystallization of action.
Through the therapeutic training, better body awareness is trained through breathing, emotional management via mental focus, and execution of rational, appropriate technique that fits the objective, and development of the ability to handle the feeling it takes to act accordingly for execution to success (read more here).
