Emotional leadership for sustainability

Our high technology and rational intelligence have developed tremendously over the last 1000 years, the last 100 years have been extreme, and it is important that we get the emotional intelligence up to the same level, so that it can carry the high-tech, rational intelligence that we have built up.

We need to harmonize thoughts and feelings, as honest and empathetic beings, creating sustainability in our entire being. We cannot create a sustainable product in an organization or production line if we and all the people associated with the process are not sustainable in their entire way of being, i.e. honest rather than politicized and empathetic rather than emotionally manipulative (read more here). We must not think that we have to go out and save nature and create our own order. When we harmonize with nature, we have nature on our side, and we will grow together with nature, and maintain good biodiversity, when we have been in nature and harvest and take materials, we leave nature in the same way or better
