What is “health”…?

! Healthy relationship !

It’s not an issue, not to get overload and age…
It’s about dealing with it…

evil is easy, when something hurts, then you are exposed to evil, and if we forsake evil, that is, push it away, then we never become good at dealing with it and then we are broken down

it’s not very healthy to avoid what hurts, what creates anxiety, it’s quite unhealthy in reality all of a sudden, it’s quite unviable to constantly try to prevent what is difficult, we’ll get to that here, a healthy relationship, an important illumination to it is, that it is not an issue, not to get overload and age -> lecture

being healthy is about being good at inflaming, that your body is viable, and when foreign organisms enter the body, then the body can fight it, sometimes it doesn’t succeed and then we die, we do that anyway,

it is a gift when something hurts, then you have a chance to find out, how can that be, what have I missed, there is always a good reason for things. I don’t believe in coincidences, when the pain arises, it gives us the opportunity to come down and work with the cause (the stress behind), if we can learn to go into the pain and accommodate the feelings it evokes.

be strong enough and recognize when you are not -> seek help

if you go the opposite way, argue the shadows away, everything that is unpleasant, ignore it away, then in the end you can’t see the shadows anymore, it becomes an illusion that you live in in the end and then you burn your light at both ends. so do something about it, don’t expose yourself to it, you’d rather go into that pain

just try one day not to explain things, you run away from yourself when you do, dance with your shadows and then you stand beautifully in the light

if you start to set the feelings free, then you also hurt others, yes, but it is much much worse not to do it, then you become the one who looks on without doing anything, and when we look at it psychologically, then that is actually the worst

let go of the resistance to difficult feelings, breathe, feel the tension, when you exhale you let go of it, find the courage to do what you didn’t dare before and see what happens, rather that than stagnate. When you have learned to accommodate negative feelings, such as doubt, you will discover that it is a friend, and when you have learned to be with it, it will no longer bother you
