Combination of therapy and training
The leadership training involves both therapeutic work and training. The clinical therapeutic work is important for clear diagnostics and assessment of one’s own personality facets and unraveling algorithms for inappropriate patterns of behavior. From this starting point, training is provided in new human competencies so that growth develops from the cause of inappropriate patterns, as well as the construction of new, more appropriate behavior.
Elite sports approach
The therapeutic training is focused solely on perception, what you sense, our most direct contact with the present and being fully present with what is. Only then are emotional reactions accessed and handled in a given context, so that stress can be sorted out before the rationale is accessed for meaningful crystallization of action. This is similar to when an elite athlete uses both body awareness through breathing, emotional management via mental focus, and execution of rational appropriate technique that fits the goal, and handles the feeling it takes to act with execution to success.
Sustainable leadership training
Sustainability is about the way we behave and use the energy and resources we have available, taking responsibility for growing together with nature, so we leave nature in the same way or better, every time we harvest different materials. We must be an honest product of ourselves and the products we develop must be honest products. This education trains people in sustainable leadership, so we can be honest and empathetic fellow human beings to each other, instead of being manipulative. We act from a purely perceived, true basis of what is, creating sustainable behavior and results from what we do.
Master the ability to develop and change as a human being
Individuals are trained in human competencies for the development of better emotional management and the ability to be rationally clear in both what is said and done, undisturbed by emotions and stress. The person is trained to take care of and handle the cause of their own stress, both physically and mentally, drawing meaningful experience into new action early in the process. Graduates are also trained to engage in strong relationships in all areas around them, so they can support colleagues and other leaders with the same stress management and emotional accountability for honest action.
Structure of leadership training
The training consists of five modules, each of which is made up of 20 * 2 hour sessions. It is recommended to have one session a week, which means that a module takes about half a year. It is a requirement that the session frequency is at least 1 session every 14 days and a maximum of 2 sessions in one week.
